By reserving any of the services of Hifi Cleaning Services, you completely accept and understand these terms and conditions. We invite you not to use our services or web sites in case you do not agree with any of the terms.
Services & Availability
We provide services only in Abu Dhabi. Even though we will do everything possible to fulfil all the reservations as required we have the right to make changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays or availability. In spite of the flexibility of schedule we do have confirmations of appointments.
Booking and Payment
The clients can book our cleaning services by calling over the phone, WhatsApp, or on our web page. It is possible to pay with cash, a credit card, or an internet transfer. When the service is completed, the full amount should be paid. You may be charged a cancellation fee provided that you want to cancel 24 hours before the appointment.
User Responsibilities
In case of reservation, you are the one with the responsibility of providing the correct information like the correct address, type of service, and time. Ensure that there is somebody to open the doors of the premises. Any delays that are caused by the inadequacy of information or limited access are not under our obligation.
