- After booking through our website or app, you’ll receive a payment confirmation to your registered email and via SMS/app notification within 24 hours of successful payment processing.
Refund Policy
- Service Not Delivered
If our partner fails to deliver the booked service, we’ll issue a full refund and pursue reimbursement from them. Please email info@hificleaningservices.ae with your order details. - Dissatisfaction or Damage
If you’re unhappy with the service or your property is damaged, contact us within 24 hours at info@hificleaningservices.ae. We’ll mediate with the service partner and, at our discretion, may offer partial or full refunds. - Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for bank processing.
Cancellation Policy
- ≥24 hours before scheduled service: Full refund.
- <24 hours before, but before start: No refund.
- After service begins or a no-show: No refund applies.
Refunds take up to 45 days to process back to your original payment source.
Payments Accepted
- We currently support Visa and Mastercard in AED. All transactions are processed securely; card details are not stored on our servers.
Dispute Resolution & Liability
- We aim to mediate disputes, but resolution or compensation isn’t guaranteed—it will be offered at our discretion.
- For damages, please report within 24 hours. We may offer compensation or refunds after assessment.
